All content included on this site, such as curated collection imagery, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Tinyblooom and protected by Indian copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or resale of our curated product images or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
3. Product Representation & Curation
Tinyblooom curates high-quality garments from premier artisans and markets. While we strive for accuracy in product images, slight variations in color, texture, and embellishments are inherent in boutique ethnic wear and shall not be deemed as manufacturing defects.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. In case of cancellation, refunds will be credited to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tinyblooom shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our boutique. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
