How our Return Process Works
Request
Contact us within 7 days with your Order ID and photos of the garment.
Review
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup (if applicable) within 48 hours.
Resolution
Once received and inspected, we process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Eligibility
- • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all Tinyblooom tags intact.
- • Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving delivery.
- • Defective items or wrong products received qualify for a FREE return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- • Clearance Sales: Products bought during "Flash Sales" or "Final Sales" are non-returnable.
- • Items that have been altered or tailored after purchase.
- • Items with traces of perfume, makeup stains, or washing detergent smells.
Easy Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries! We offer one free exchange per order. Additional exchanges for the same order may incur a shipping fee of ₹100.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will contact you for bank details to process a direct transfer.
