All payments on TinyBlooom are processed securely via Razorpay using 128-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store your card, bank, or UPI details on our servers.
03. Policy
Refund processing SLA
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Payment failed but amount deducted?
Don’t worry. In case your payment fails but the amount is debited, your bank will automatically reverse the transaction within 24–48 hours. If the order is not confirmed and the refund is not received within this window, please reach out to us.
