All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We strive for accurate pricing; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
04. Orders
Order acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or limit order quantities for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
05. Payments
Secure via Razorpay
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. TinyBlooom does not store any sensitive financial information on its servers.
In the event of a payment failure or unauthorized transaction, please contact your bank or Razorpay support directly.
06. Cancellation
Cancellation & refunds
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
07. Liability
Limitation of liability
TinyBlooom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
08. Legal
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TinyBlooom harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website and products.

Force majeure
TinyBlooom shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or carrier delays.
