Return & exchange conditions
We accept return or exchange requests for the following specific scenarios:
Size & Fit Excellence
If the garment does not fit as expected according to our standard size guide measurements.
Manufacturing Integrity
If the item received has a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
Fulfilment Accuracy
If the product received is physically different from the item confirmed in your original order.
02. Window
7-day return period
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to process any requests.
03. Logistics
Reverse shipping & fees
Size-Related Returns
For returns or exchanges due to size issues, a fixed Reverse Logistics Fee of ₹100 will be charged or deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, TinyBlooom will bear the full cost of return shipping.
04. Verification
Mandatory unboxing video
To ensure transparency and protect against fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged or missing products.
The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the shipping label and the defect. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be declined.
05. Quality
Product quality & packaging
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all TinyBlooom tags intact. For reverse pickups via Shiprocket, the product must be securely packed in its original packaging.

07. Refunds
Timeline & method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source. For COD orders, we will contact you for your bank details. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.
